2U Services – the Approved Workshop that comes 2U!

2U Services was established in September 2009 by Stewart with a view to provide a top class service to caravan and motorhome owners who wanted the convenience of having their vehicles serviced and repaired where it was parked.

In March 2011 2U Services attained the standard to become a member of the Approved Workshop Scheme making us the first mobile AWS in Gloucestershire. Further, in 2014, we were presented with the Dometic service partner of the year award, making 2U Services, also, the first award winning mobile AWS in the county.

Whether your caravan is parked at home, is permanently on a site or is kept in storage you can now have it professionally serviced by an Approved Workshop, without moving it!

As our name suggests we will come to you!

Subject to relevant Health and Safety law you can observe the service or repair, ask questions, talk about your latest trip, or just leave us to it – the occasional cup of coffee would always be welcome though 🙂

Coronavirus update – 10th May 2020.

Following from the Prime Minister’s broadcast this evening and his declaration that those non essential workers who cannot work from home should now return to work I am delighted to say I shall be returning to full time service as of Monday 11th May. In preparation for this eventuality I have put in place several measures to ensure that all guidelines relating to social distancing and avoidance of contact are met – please give me a call for details.

I have adhered to the stay at home instruction for the period since 24th March and am very much excited to be returning to work and providing the very best care to my existing, and indeed, new customers.

I will be working with the existing bookings and will fit the postponed bookings in where I can, as soon as possible. I will prioritise those services which are warranty dependent but I will be putting in the extra hours to get up to date as soon as I possibly can. I will endeavour to make contact with you if your appointment has been postponed but by all means give me a call if you wish.

Of course, as always, I will be guided by my customers, so if you do have an existing appointment and are anxious about the situation please don’t be worried about calling to postpone or cancel, I totally understand.

Finally, many thanks to you all for your understanding and support during this unprecedented period and I look forward to getting you away on your holidays as soon as the camp site restrictions are lifted.
